The firm is dedicated to helping clients reach a mutually acceptable resolution to their legal disputes. Our practice is exclusively limited to alternative dispute resolution, and we have conducted more than 10,000 mediations since 1995.
We are committed to providing professional, confidential, unbiased, and thoughtful service in a private, non-adversarial setting. Our goal is to help all parties clarify their dispute, consider options for settlement, and reach a voluntary resolution of their claim.
Virtually all mediations are currently conducted via Zoom™ or telephonically. Our analysis has shown that the settlement rates for Zoom mediations are almost identical to in-person mediations. A Zoom mediation also offers the benefit of saving time and expense associated with traveling to the mediator’s office and often affords the attorneys and the mediator greater access to the decision makers necessary to resolve a dispute. We also have conference rooms available to conduct an in-person mediation in the rare circumstances where the parties schedule a full-day mediation and require that the mediation be conducted in person.
We primarily mediate personal injury, hurricane, workers’ compensation, first party, and bad faith claims. We also mediate employment, discrimination, professional malpractice, construction, and business disputes. Regardless of the type of dispute, we hope that you will consider mediation as an efficient and cost-effective alternative to litigation.
Civil mediations are scheduled for either a half day, beginning at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., or for the entire day beginning at 9:00 a.m.
